Additionally, other popular phones like the Redmi Note 7 Pro, Redmi Note 7S, Redmi 7, upcoming Redmi 8, Redmi Y3 may also get the update by the end of 2019. That being said, Xiaomi did not reveal its plans of rolling out the Android 10 update to its Android One smartphones. Xiaomi has a total of four Android One smartphones- the Mi A1, Mi A2, Mi A2 Lite and the Mi A3, and all of them are running Android 9 Pie with September 2019 security patches. The Mi A3 will receive the Android 10 update by the end of this year, followed by the Mi A2 and Mi A2 Lite devices. As for the Mi A1, we’re not sure when the company is planning to release the update, but it might happen in the second half of 2020, which means a long wait for the users.
