At the heart of the phone is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 chipset, which is clubbed with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The highlight of this smartphone is the 16MP front-facing camera, which comes with an LED flash and auto scene mode, portrait mode, night mode, HDR mode, and beautify mode. The company has added a 13MP rear camera with an LED flash support.

The device has a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, which has become an essential feature in smartphones releasing these days. The device has connectivity options such as 4G LTE, VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, and GPS.

The best part is that the device boots Android 7.0 Nougat right out of the box, and this package is backed by a 3000mAh battery. Micromax says that the battery of the Selfie 3 offers 250 hours of standby time and 11 hours of talk time.

The all-new Selfie 3 is ideal for the users, delivering fantastic images, great beauty editing tools and capture their beautiful festive memories perfectly.”

This smartphone from Micromax puts itself against the Xiaomi Redmi 4, which is now available for Rs. 9,499 as part of Amazon Great Indian sale. The Micromax Selfie 3 will be up for sale exclusively in the offline market and for the asking price, the device seems to be a great option to consider.

Chakri is a go-to guy for your next smartphone recommendation. Back in his engineering days, he used to play with smartphones by installing custom ROMs and that passion got him into the tech industry. He still goes nuts about a smartphone knocking his door for review. Currently managing everything at Telecom Talk, Chakri is trying to master PUBG Mobile in his free time.
