Dual core smartphones are slowing going out of the league as more and more quad core processor equipped handsets are entering the market. However, to keep oneself a notch ahead of others, certain smartphone giants are now coming up with octa core powered smartphones. We have heard that Micromax has now launched a new octa core smartphone in the Russian market. This smartphone has been named Micromax Canvas Knight 350. There is no word regarding the launch of this smartphone in the Indian market, yet but we expect it to happen soon enough. Expect it to be priced below Rs 20,000. Let us have a quick look at some of the key features and specifications of this device.

Display: The 7.3 mm thick Micromax Canvas Knight A350 smartphone carries a capacitive IPS touch display of 5 inches that provides a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The smartphone will be the thinnest one from Micromax ever and at the same time will be the brightest unit too.
Processor: This device has been powered by an octa core procesor clocked at 2 Giga Hertz which will ensure super smooth, hassle free and faster functioning. It will have an edge over the two other octa core devices on sale in India, the Elife E7 Mini and Intex Aqua Octa Core because it will have its processor clocked at a higher speed.
Software: Canvas Knight A350 functions on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system. The latest word on the street is that Micromax is working on upgrading its smartphones to Android 4.4 KitKat and we are pretty sure that this one will be the first one to get it.
Memory: This smartphone features a RAM of 2 GB and inbuilt storage space of 32 GB. There will be no expandable storage.
