Micromax Partners BSNL To Offer Free 8GB Data On Select Devices

Micromax has partnered with BSNL to offer consumers with 2GB of free data per quarter  and free voice calls up to 500 mins on select Micromax devices. The offer is available for a period of 12 months, however, users need to subscribe to a Rs 153 voucher after the purchase of the device.

  • Micromax Bolt A37
  • Micromax Bolt A37B
  • Micromax X070 (featurephone)
  • Micromax X088 (featurephone)
  • Micromax Funbook Mini P410i (Tablet)
  • Micromax MMX377G (Data card)

"This partnership will further provide a major boost to better connectivity and Internet adoption as BSNL's pan-India network coupled with our innovative devices, backed by a strong channel and retail presence which will take these offerings across length and breadth of the country", Vineet Taneja, Chief Executive Officer at Micromax, said.

There's no information on whether Micromax also plans to partner with MTNL for a similar scheme. Micromax had previously partnered with Aircel to Rs 10,000 worth free WAP content, 1GB free data plan for three months on select Micromax handsets.
