LYF smartphones undergo a price cut, offering Flame 4,5,6 phones at Rs 2999 after 25% discounts

In an attempt to grab more customers, LYF smartphones have undergone have price reduction at the Reliance Retail showrooms. Key LYF smartphones including the popular LYF Flame 1 is available at discounted rate. According to Reliance Digital located at Barrackpore, Kolkata, LYF Flame 1 is now sold for Rs. 5000 unlike the earlier price of Rs. 5500. LYF Flame 2 now comes for Rs. 3499, unlike the earlier price of Rs. 4799. Flame 4 comes with a price tag of Rs. 2999, reducing Rs. 1000 from the earlier price it was also first reported by Phoneradar.


LYF Flame 5 and Flame 6 also carry a price tag of Rs. 2999, undergoing Rs. 1000 discount. The flagships among the range, Water 2 and Wind 6 too have gone for a price cut and is now available for Rs. 9999 and Rs. 5999, respectively. The new slashed rates will allows the potential buyers to grab Jio connections and LYF smartphone at affordable rates. The buyers can also grab unlimited 4G data, calls, and free apps with Jio connection for next 90 days at free of costs.

Although, TelecomTalk received the new price chart during our purchase of LYF Flame 1 on 4th July, Reliance Retail employees have confirmed the availability of discounts at any digital and digital mini stores. The discounts would be rolled out to partner retail outlets as well.


According to the data, Reliance have already sold more than two lakhs LYF branded smartphone under Jio preview offer. Two months ago, towards the beta launch of Reliance Jio, the company had announced to give free 4G data & calling bundled benefits with LYF smartphone purchases.
