Lava has announced its entry into the quad-core processor smartphone category by introducing the Iris 458q with a 1.2 Ghz quad core processor. The Iris 458q has an elegant look. It runs on Android 4.2 Jelly bean operating system and sports a crystal clear 4.5-inch capacitive touchscreen with FWVGA resolution.

PrintIn built sensors include Proximity, Light & G Sensor. It also packs in 512MB RAM and 4GB internal memory that is expandable up to 32GB using microSD storage memory cards. Lava has also preloaded various useful apps such as WeChat, Push Mail, Ebook reader etc. on the phone along with HD movies and HD games – making it a smart choice for the smartphone buyers.




An 8 MP rear auto-focus camera with built-in flash provides multiple camera options and captures stunning photographs. It also carries a front VGA camera for 3G video calling. A large 2,000-mAh battery provides ample back up for multimedia, stand by and talk time.
