Lava after sales support is good according to my experience ..I submitted lava iris 405 with board complaint and battery complaint ..they asked me to wait for 3 weeks since the parts has to come from Delhi ..and surprisingly they delivered the product with in 3 weeks ..also the service quality is too good …so according to my opinion anybody can blindly go with lava…there product quality also too good .now am using lava iris 504q for the last 4 months ..very very happy with its performance.. Thanks

not bad specs. . .
after sales & services (I mean service centres) are worst.

they took weeks to repair or replace effective parts.

and the service men at service centres are non skilled.

take care . . .
