The massive success of the Galaxy S8 duo is building anticipation among the fans about the Galaxy Note8. The Galaxy S8 and S8+ are possibly the best-looking smartphones right now. And the latest renders of the Note8 show the similar design as the Galaxy S8 series.

The front camera, earpiece, and sensors are present on the top of the display. A recent leak claimed that the phone would have a 6.3-inch QHD+ display. Both the edges of the display are curved, same as the Galaxy S8 duo. The USB Type-C port, 3.5mm headphone jack, and the S-Pen silo are present at the bottom of the phone. Yes, the Note8 will feature a 3.5mm headphone jack and has S-Pen support.

However, this render shows a horizontally placed camera setup. The two cameras, LED flash, heart rate sensor, and the fingerprint scanner is present in a capsule at the back. The fingerprint scanner in the Note8 looks to be positioned in a far better place, and it can be reached now. With this render, it's now partially confirmed that the Note8 won't feature an in-display scanner as rumoured.

The Galaxy Note8 is expected to be powered by the Exynos 8895 or Snapdragon 835 SoC. Working in tandem with the chipset will be a generous 6GB of RAM. The base variant of the phone will feature 64GB of internal storage, which can be expanded via a microSD card.

Both the camera sensors used in the Note8 are of 12MP, and both of them have support for Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS). The phone will be mated with a 3300mAh battery. Also, the phone will support the DeX desktop workstation. The phone is expected to arrive in three colour options- black, gold, and blue at the launch.

The Samsung Galaxy Note8 is heavily speculated to cost $999 in the US (approx. Rs. 64,500) and expected to launch in the third week of September after the launch of Apple iPhone 8.
