Kaspersky Launches Mobile Security 9 in IndiaKaspersky Lab today announced the launch of Kaspersky Mobile Security Solutions9 in India targeting both consumer and corporate.

The new version now supports Android and BlackBerry platforms alongside Symbian and Windows Mobile.




With the all-new Kaspersky Mobile Security 9.0 owners of Blackberry and Android-based smartphones can now get comprehensive protection for their device and all of the data stored on it the latest version also comes with a new Privacy Protection feature,

Kaspersky Lab9 highlights the following features

· Locate a lost or stolen smartphone Users can locate a lost or stolen smartphone. The product enables the device to be remotely blocked, wiped and even located with the help of the integrated GPS module and data available via GSM towers and Wi-Fi outlets

·Secure contacts, photos and files from unauthorized access One can store all the digital assets in encrypted folders and remotely block or wipe the smartphone if it?s lost or stolen.

·Privacy Protection - for your eyes only Users have exclusive control over which of their contacts and phone numbers you want to keep „private?. Hide and unhide phonebook entries, SMSs and call logs at the touch of a button.

·Block unwanted calls or SMSs Annoying calls and SMSs can be filtered out by assigning contacts to black lists and white lists.

·Parental control The users can even restrict their children?s calls and SMSs (e.g. block premium rate numbers) and keep track of their whereabouts using GPS Find.
