JioHotstar, the largest over-the-top (OTT) platform in the country, has introduced monthly plans across all subscription tiers. There are three subscription tiers - Mobile, Super, and Premium. The Mobile is the cheapest tier. All these tiers have monthly, quarterly, and yearly subscriptions. JioHotstar, in a statement said, "The new structure introduces greater flexibility with monthly plans now available alongside quarterly and annual options across tiers."

  1. Mobile - Monthly - Rs 79, Quarterly - Rs 149, Yearly - Rs 499
  2. Super - Monthly - Rs 149, Quarterly - Rs 349, Yearly - Rs 1,099
  3. Premium - Monthly - Rs 299, Quarterly - Rs 699, Yearly - Rs 2,199

For the Mobile subscription, users need to pay Rs 49, Rs 129, and Rs 399 more for monthly, quarterly, and yearly plans for accessing Hollywood content. Thus, it is better to just go for the Super Plan, as there's minimal differences between the two subscription tiers in terms of pricing if you are also paying extra for accessiing Hollywood content with the Mobile tier.
