Jio Haptik Partners with du to Enhance AI-Driven Customer Engagement in the UAE
Jio Haptik, an AI-driven customer engagement company, has partnered with du, a telecommunications operator in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), to expand its services in the region. According to the partnership, the companies will jointly go to market with Jio Haptik's sophisticated GenAI conversational suite for businesses in the UAE. The companies signed the agreement to formalise the partnership at GITEX Global 2024, the tech event held at the Dubai World Trade Center.

Deployment of GenAI Conversational Suite

Under this collaboration, Jio Haptik and du will work together to enable enterprises to harness GenAI for enhanced conversations, improved efficiency, and sustainable growth, the official release said.

Jio Haptik will deploy its GenAI conversational suite (offerings) and WhatsApp tools on du's cloud platform, enhancing customer engagement and streamlining contact center operations. This will increase data privacy while ensuring low-latency connectivity and peak performance, the companies said on Tuesday.

Catering to Tech-Savvy Population
