After the order from TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India), private Indian telecom operators including Reliance Jio, Bharti Airtel, and Vodafone Idea (Vi) had to bring new SMS and voice-only prepaid plans. TRAI mandated the telcos to bring such plans because of the tariff hikes they implemented and as a result, it became expensive for users to keep SIM active. Now, the telcos have complied with the order and all the private telcos have brought such plans for customers. Here's a list of all of these plans.

Reliance Jio SMS and Voice Only Plans
Reliance Jio has introduced two new plans with voice and SMS only benefits which will cost Rs 458 and Rs 1958. Here are the benefits offered by them:
- Rs 458 Plan - Unlimited calling and 1000 SMS for 84 days.
- Rs 1958 Plan - Unlimited calling and 3600 SMS for 365 days.

Bharti Airtel SMS and Voice-Only Plans
Bharti Airtel has introduced four new prepaid plans with voice and SMS-only benefits and they cost Rs 499, Rs 548, Rs 1959, and Rs 2249. Here are the benefits offered by them:
- Rs 499 - Unlimited calling and 900 SMS for 84 days.
- Rs 548 - Unlimited calling, 900 SMS and 7GB data for 84 days.
- Rs 1959 - Unlimited calling, and 3600 SMS, for 365 days.
- Rs 2249 - 30GB data, calling, and 3600 SMS for 365 days.
Vodafone Idea SMS and Voice Only Plans
Vodafone Idea has introduced only a single SMS and voice only pack which costs Rs 1460. The benefits offered with the plan are:
- Rs 1460 Plan - 270 days validity, Unlimited calling, and 100 SMS.
