Private aviation and artificial intelligence company Jet.AI has launched its agentic AI model, "Ava," which streamlines the process of booking private jets. Customers can now book a private jet by texting or calling. Ava provides real-time aircraft availability, transparent pricing, and expert guidance to help users select the best jet for their trip, according to the company.

CharterGPT App
"For those who prefer texting, Ava enables full conversational experience via SMS, responding to inquiries, sharing details, and providing a direct link to the CharterGPT app for seamless trip management," Jet.AI said in a statement on December 24, 2024.
Additionally, the CharterGPT app has been updated with new features, such as enhanced push notifications for real-time updates, carbon tracking and offsetting options, and deep linking for easy access to trip sheets.

"The AI ensures every customer receives a personalised and efficient experience, whether they're seasoned flyers or first-time travellers," the company said.

Jet.AI
The company operates in two segments: Software, which includes the B2C CharterGPT app and the B2B Jet.AI Operator platform, and Aviation. The CharterGPT app uses natural language processing and machine learning to improve the private jet booking experience.
