Chinese smartphone brand, iVoomi has launched two more smartphones in the Indian market, namely, iVoomi Me4 and Me5. The iVoomi Me4 is priced at Rs. 3,499, while the iVoomi Me5 costs Rs. 4,499. The devices will be exclusively available on Flipkart because the company has recently entered into a partnership with Flipkart.

The USP of both the smartphones is they come preloaded with Android 7.0 Nougat, which is a rarity in the sub Rs. 5,000 price bracket. The iVoomi Me4 will be available in three colour options- Champagne Gold, Black, and Dark Grey, whereas the Me5 will be up for purchase in only Champagne Gold and Black colours.

Speaking about the specifications of the iVoomi Me4, it comes with a 4.5-inch FWVGA display with a resolution of 480×854 pixels. The device is fuelled with an unspecified quad-core processor with a 1.1GHz CPU. The chipset is accompanied by 1GB of RAM and Mali T720 GPU for handling the graphics in the phone.

Internal storage on the phone is limited to 8GB. However, you can expand the storage up to 64GB with the help of a microSD card. The device supports 22 Indian Languages. Camera wise, the iVoomi Me4 has a 5MP rear camera with LED flash, and a 5MP front-facing camera with Face Beauty, Face Detection & Panorama Mode. The iVoomi Me4 is backed by a 2000mAh battery, and the device weighs just 113 grams.

Coming the iVoomi Me5, it is a revamped version of the iVoomi Me 1+ (review) released recently, and the only change is that the Me5 comes with Android 7.0 Nougat preloaded. The smartphone has 5-inch HD display, with a resolution of 720×1280 pixels, and is powered by a quad-core chipset with a 1.2GHz CPU. As mentioned, the device comes with Android 7.0 Nougat with subtle customisations.

The Me5 has an 8MP rear camera with LED flash support and a 5MP front-facing camera for selfies and video calls. This device has 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage, along with a microSD card slot for storage expansion up to 128GB. The Me4 is fuelled with a 3000mAh battery.

Both the handsets accept dual SIM card and have support for 4G LTE, VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and micro USB port.

Chakri is a go-to guy for your next smartphone recommendation. Back in his engineering days, he used to play with smartphones by installing custom ROMs and that passion got him into the tech industry. He still goes nuts about a smartphone knocking his door for review. Currently managing everything at Telecom Talk, Chakri is trying to master PUBG Mobile in his free time.
