Intex Aqua Xtreme with octa-core processor and 2GB RAM launched in India for Rs 11,490

Intex today launched a new smartphone called the Aqua Xpress. The device is priced at Rs 11,490 and is now available across leading retail stores.

Intex Aqua Xpress features a 5-inch HD IPS display with Dragontrail Glass protection to prevent it from scratches. The device is powered by a 1.4GHz True octa-core processor coupled with 2GB RAM . The smartphone runs on Android 4.4 KitKat and is further upgradable to Android 5.0 Lollipop.

The Aqua Xtreme has a big storage capacity of 32GB which is further expandable up to 32GB via microSD card. It sports a 13-megapixel camera with flash and a 5-megapixel front camera which has face beautification mode for selfies. It includes connectivity options such as Wi-Fi, 3G and Bluetooth 4.0. The smartphone is available in Red, Black and Grey colors. It is backed by a 2000mAh battery and is 6.9mm sleek.

Commenting on the launch, Sanjay Kumar Kalirona, Mobile Business Head, Intex Technologies, said, “Intex has always ensured superior quality products for consumers. Keeping in mind the cluttered market of feature rich phone, Aqua Xtreme is purely pragmatic in nature. With the launch of Xtreme, we intend to provide high-end features to users at a remarkable price to mass market. why mobiles companies not add solor cell to solve battery charging probs.if india hv sunlight over 8 months all over.if battery backup is low in mobile.why solar cell nt put under mobile brand logo to get chrg n solve battery problems.
