Infinix, the Transsion Holdings-owned company has launched its flagship smartphone, the Infinix Zero 5 at a global event in Dubai. The phone offers a premium design, massive 6GB of RAM, dual rear camera setup, and a massive battery too. The phone comes in two variants, and both the variants feature 6GB of RAM. The 6GB RAM/64GB storage model is priced at Rs. 17,999, and the 6GB RAM/128GB storage model costs Rs. 19,999. Both the devices will be available exclusively on Flipkart starting November 22.

The Infinix Zero 5 is the second smartphone under Rs. 20,000 to sport 6GB of RAM, while the other one is the Coolpad Cool Play 6 which costs just Rs. 14,999. Coming back to the Infinix Zero 5, it comes with a 5.98-inch Full HD display, and it’s a 16:9 display and not an 18:9 display, meaning the phone has the bezels on top and bottom.
At the heart of the phone, there’s a MediaTek Helio P25 SoC, which as said earlier is coupled with 6GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB of internal storage. Storage on the Zero 5 can be expanded up to 128GB with the help of a microSD card. Graphics in the smartphone will be taken care by Mali-T880 MP2 GPU.
The design of the Infinix Zero 5 resembles the Huawei P9 smartphone, especially from the back. The phone comes with dual camera setup, and the sensors are integrated into a black bar on the top rear as you can see in the press images. The Infinix Zero 5 has a 12MP wide-angle primary sensor and a 13MP secondary sensor with a telephoto lens. Infinix says that the phone offers 10X digital zoom.
