Hopefully this meet won’t be postponed like the 3G pre-auction meet. India has patiently borne the digital divide for about 2 decades. It is an irony that 3G services have not been started entirely given that India is the 2nd largest telecom market in the world. Bureaucracy and development can’t go hand in hand.
