The inbuilt storage is expandable up to 256GB via microSD card. The smartphone runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow.

The primary camera of Huawei Honor 8 is 12MP dual rear cameras, with dual-tone LED flash and laser autofocus. The secondary camera is an 8MP. The primary camera has a laser auto focus and a dual-LED flash. It can record 1080p video at 60fps. The fingerprint sensor of the phone is located at the rear. The smartphone also accommodates a 3000mAh non-removable battery. According to Huawei, around 47% of the phone can be charged in 30 minutes. In terms of connectivity, it supports Hybrid dual-SIM, 4G with VoLTE, Wi-Fi, 3G, GPRS/ EDGE, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, NFC, and Infrared sensor.

Expected Pricing for India:

In China, the Honor 8 was launched at 1,999 Yuan (Rs. 20,497) for the 3GB RAM/32GB storage variant, and 2,499 Yuan (Rs. 25,068) for the 4GB RAM/64GB storage model. Basing our expectation on the similar price chart, we expect the device to launch at the same pricing in India or maybe less for better competition.
