The Huawei Honor 3C is a budget quad core smartphone and it will be up against a slew of budget quad core devices in the Rs 10,000-15,000 segment. Here are the specifications:

  • 5-inch LTPS display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels
  • 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6582 processor
  • Mali 400 GPU
  • Android 4.2 Jelly Bean with Emotion UI 2.0 on top of it which is Huawei’s proprietary interface
  • 2GB RAM
  • 8GB internal storage, expandable by another 32GB with a microSD card
  • 8MP rear camera with LED Flash and a Sony BSI sensor so this 8MP snapper is going to be way better than that of the other Chinese smartphones. It gets coupled with 5MP front camera that has a 22mm wide angle lens and a 1.4um pixel sensor which again means that the front camera is going to be better than that of the competition.
  • Dual SIM, 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth and  GPS for connectivity
  • 2300 mAh battery
  • Think bezels and a screen to body ratio of 70 percent
  • Rs 14,999
