Out of nowhere, HTC has announced its flagship smartphone, the HTC U11+ in the Indian market today for Rs 56,990. The flagship smartphone succeeds last year’s HTC U11 which was launched in India for Rs 51,990. The U11+ will be available in the country in just Amazing Silver colour option and that too exclusively on Flipkart. It offers an 18:9 display, premium design, flagship grade camera, and a massive battery too. Also, it ships with Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box.

HTC U11+ Specifications and Features
The U11+ is a premium smartphone, and the hefty price tag explains everything. It rocks a 6-inch Super LCD 6 panel on the front with a resolution of 2880×1440 pixels, and the display is also protected by Corning Gorilla Glass technology. The phone is powered by the Snapdragon 835 SoC, which is coupled to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. There’s a microSD card slot as well for storage expansion up to 256GB.
The primary highlight of the HTC U11+ is its design. The phone is IP68 water and dust resistant one, which is good thing to see. The fingerprint sensor is present at the rear side below the camera module. And it also comes with Amazon Alexa integration. Yes, the U11+ is the first phone in India to come with Alexa integrated, alongside Google Assistant. It also comes with Edge Sense technology where a user can squeeze the sides of the phone to interact with it. This feature is also present in the Pixel 2 lineup.
