Honor has officially launched the successor to Honor 9 Lite smartphone in India, namely, the Honor 9N. It’s the same Honor 9i (2018) smartphone that was unveiled a couple of weeks back in China. The Honor 9N comes in four attractive colour options, sports dual rear cameras, has a 19:9 display on the front with a notch and comes in 128GB storage option. The Honor 9N is the second cheapest smartphone with 128GB of internal storage after the Oppo Realme 1. Prices of the Honor 9N starts at Rs 11,999 and goes all the way up to Rs 17,999. It’s a Flipkart exclusive handset in the sub-continent. With the Honor 9N, the company is going after the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, but the major letdown for the handset is the same Kirin 659 SoC it comes with. On July 26, Honor’s parent company, Huawei is launching the Nova 3i smartphone in India with the upgraded Kirin 710 SoC.

Honor 9N Specifications and Features
As mentioned, the Honor 9N is a successor to the Honor 9 Lite, and there are huge similarities between both the phones. The newly launched 9N comes with a 5.84-inch Full HD+ display, carrying a resolution of 2280 x 1080 pixels and 19:9 aspect ratio. The 9N also has a 2.5D curved glass on top of the display. The Honor 9 Lite, on the other hand, came with an 18:9 display without a notch. Powering the handset is the octa-core Kirin 659 chipset, which comes paired with 3GB/4GB of RAM and 32GB/64GB/128GB of internal storage. For storage hoggers, Honor has also added a microSD card slot with which they can expand the storage up to 256GB.
