Huawei’ sub-brand Honor launched the Honor 7X at a global event in London on December 5. The device was up for sale on Amazon India for the first sale on December 7, and it went out of stock in a matter of minutes. Honor is today holding a second sale of the Honor 7X on Amazon at 12 PM. The device comes in two variants priced at Rs 12,999 and Rs 15,999 respectively.

However, Honor is not saying any limited quantities for today’ sale like the first sale. Hopefully, it’s an open sale. The Honor 7X is one of the best mid-range smartphone available on the market today. With a gorgeous Full HD+ display and dual cameras at the back, the smartphone hits the bullseye with its design.
Diving into the specifications, the Honor 7X has a 5.93-inch Full HD+ display with an 18:9 aspect ratio. Bezels on top and bottom are minimal like most of the smartphones releasing these days. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by Huawei’s in-house HiSilicon octa-core Kirin 659 chipset, which is the successor to last year’s Kirin 655 chipset. The Kirin 659 SoC goes against the likes of Snapdragon 625 chipset, but it’s built on 16nm manufacturing process unlike the 14nm manufacturing process of Snapdragon 625.
The chipset is accompanied by 4GB of RAM. The device comes in two variants- a 4GB RAM and 32GB storage option and a 4GB of RAM and 64GB storage model. The former is priced at Rs 12,999, while the latter costs Rs 15,999. There’s a microSD card slot for storage expansion as well, but sadly, it’s a hybrid card setup and not a dedicated card slot.
