There are only a few pan-India wired broadband service providers, however, when it comes to local ISPs, we have plenty. One such player is GTPL Hathway, which is mainly known for its affordable FTTH broadband plans in Gujarat. The ISP has seven Fiber broadband plans offering a maximum download speed of 100 Mbps and starting at 10 Mbps. The premium plan of GTPL costs Rs 9,999, and it offers 100 Mbps connection for 12 months (9 months standard+ 3 months promotional) without any FUP limit. That's an interesting plan, isn't it?

Before we head into the plans, let's see where GTPL has its Fiber broadband operations. GTPL is currently offering services in 16 cities: Nagpur, Pune, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Surat, Udaipur, Baroda, Patna, Ranchi, Assam, Indore, Visakhapatnam, Solapur, Jodhpur and Tirupati.

As I mentioned earlier, GTPL is offering a total of seven FTTH broadband plans in the said cities, and the prices of these plans start at Rs 4,999 and goes up to Rs 9,999.

The premium plan, as mentioned above offers 100 Mbps broadband connection at Rs 9,999 without any FUP for 12 months. GTPL also has another 100 Mbps broadband plan of Rs 4,500, which gives services for five months without any FUP limit. That said, all the GTPL plans offer unlimited data without any monthly FUP.

Next on the list, we have two 40 Mbps plans of Rs 8,999 and Rs 4,999. The Rs 8,999 plan offers services for one year, while the Rs 4,999 plan gives six months of services. Moving on, GTPL has two 10 Mbps broadband plans of Rs 7,499 and Rs 5,499. The former gives 12 months of services, whereas the latter provides broadband services for seven months.

GTPL is also offering free router for first 500 customers on choosing the 100 Mbps connection. After 500 customers, the company will collect a security refundable deposit of Rs 1,200 from a customer, in case, if they want the router.

And finally, we have the Rs 4,999 plan which offers 6 Mbps broadband connection for 12 months without any monthly data FUP. GTPL was founded way back in 2006, and since then, it's providing both cable television and broadband services.

We're not sure whether the company is offering broadband services on a monthly basis. The company also has other basic plans in some cities offering up to 10 Mbps connection. Alongside broadband, GTPL is also offering cable TV services Ahmedabad, Baroda, Surat, Rajkot, Pune, Nagpur, Patna, Indore, Ranchi.
