LG Nexus 5 price drops to Rs 26,500 on various online stores in India

Looks like the LG Nexus 5 has had a price drop to around Rs 26,500 (16GB version) on various online stores in India. Earlier, the Nexus 5 used to be priced around Rs 28,999 and Rs 32,999 for 16GB variant and 32GB variant respectively. The device will be updated to Android L but it's hard to recommend it because it is at the end of its life and might be shelved soon after Google introduces a new Nexus smartphone in a couple of months.

Just to remind you with the specifications of the device, the Nexus 5 comes with a 5-inch IPS LCD screen (1920 x 1080 pixels), Android 4.4.4 KitKat, Snapdragon 800 processor, 2GB of RAM and 16/32GB of internal storage. There's also an 8MP camera with AF and LED at the back which can record 1080p FHD videos while the secondary camera has a resolution of 1.3MP. It comes with all the regular connectivity features including HSPA+, Wi-Fi , Bluetooth, Wi-Fi Direct, Miracast, NFC, A-GPS and microUSB v2.0 port.
