Gionee was in the news for some not so good reasons lately. According to reports from Securities Times, the smartphone manufacturer is going through a bankruptcy situation, which in turn may lead Gionee to shut its business in the near future. But it looks like that’s not happening anytime soon, at least not in India for sure. Gionee on Thursday announced to launch two new smartphones in the country very soon. Gionee, however, hasn’t revealed many details about the smartphones in question, but what the company did confirm is that both the upcoming Gionee phones will be Flipkart exclusive.
