Gilat Satellite Networks announced it has been awarded over USD 12 million in orders from a satellite operator to expand their global satcom network. The deal, which involves deploying Gilat's SkyEdge VSAT platforms, is expected to be delivered within the next 12 months. The details of the satellite operator have not been disclosed.

According to the official release, this expansion offers significant future revenue prospects. The operator is utilising Gilat's flexible architecture to ensure robust and seamless communications across diverse orbital assets.
