Telenor Sells Satellite Unit to Space Norway for NOK 2.36 Billion
Norway's Telenor Group announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Space Norway, wholly owned by the Norwegian Government, to sell its satellite subsidiary 'Telenor Satellite' at an enterprise value of NOK 2.36 million.
