The device is priced at Rs. 9,999, and Airtel will organise Mi Day every week at select stores in these six cities, which would allow customers to buy the device without pre-booking the device. Airtel subscribers can pre-book the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G from their official website. Post-paid customers in Bangalore will get double benefits on the 4G plans as a promotional offer.

The dual-SIM 3G version of the Xiaomi Redmi Note was being sold in India through Flipkart for Rs. 8,999, but it was banned from being sold by the Delhi High Court.
