It is worth noting that in the second half of last year BSNL has made many strides to better its operational strategy along with ramping up the customer service for better results and for competing against the competition which seems to be brewing in the industry after the entry of Reliance Jio. Speaking of BSNL’s recent developments, the government led telecom operator has launched the Wings VoIP service which will allow users in poor cellular connectivity to make calls via the internet.

BSNL Launches a Slew of Yearly Prepaid Plans

Soon before that, BSNL also launched a new annual validity plan of Rs 1,312 which offers benefits worth of 365 days which means that users won’t have to recharge their BSNL numbers again and again. This came after Reliance Jio announced its own annual validity plans and since then BSNL has introduced its half-yearly and annual prepaid plans. Some of the more popular year-long validity plans of BSNL include the Rs 1,699 and Rs 2,099 plan.
