BSNL has been revising its tariffs substantially off late. Earlier this month we reported that BSNL has revised the base tariffs of per second and per minute plans and also introduced New combo vouchers, local and STD packs.

Now BSNL has launched a new roaming STV of denomination Rs.91 with 30 days validity. This new STV gives the benefits of 120 minutes of voice calling on any network while in roaming and 40 local as well as national SMS while in roaming. This pack will be available in all 20 circles in which BSNL operates.

This roaming STV will be available in all circles starting 3rd August 2015 and subscribers will be notified by SMS of the availability of this voucher. Also note that along with the launch of this STV BSNL will be withdrawing the Rs.177 combo voucher in its west zone circles. BSNL will also be revising its rate cutter voice STV from existing denomination of Rs.54 to new denomination of Rs.42 keeping in view the provisions of Telecom consumer protection regulation (TCPR) 2012.
