Back in September, BSNL made some revisions in Mobile TV usage-based data packs. The latest tariff will be implemented across India from November 1. BSNL is rapidly changing their data packs, and when other operators are offering various freebies on data packs to counter upcoming 4G threat from bigger rivals. So, these kind of indirect price hike would harm BSNL in the long run.
