The telecom industry right now is swirling with the news about tariff hike left, right and centre. All the major telecom operators have announced the price hike of their prepaid plans. The first move was made by Vodafone Idea by hiking its tariffs by 40% and the second move came from Bharti Airtel which also made a similar move. Reliance Jio followed on the same line but has not yet issued any information about the pricing of its plans, but only some small hints about what the people can expect. Now that leaves out the state-led telecom operator, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL). In the case of BSNL, however, the telecom operator has also announced that it is going to hike its tariffs similar to all the other telecom operators. But, until now there has been no news about when the telco is going to make this move or about the quantum of changes. This only means that the subscribers still have time to recharge their BSNL numbers with long-term recharges so that they can avoid the effects of the new data tariff hike for at least three months or more. Here are some plans that the BSNL subscribers can consider.
