BSNL Rs 389 Foreigner Plan Details

The guest data plan by Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited which has been introduced for the foreigner or short term connections comes for Rs 389. This new Rs 389 prepaid plan will avail the customers 1GB data per day, and it comes with a validity of 30 days. The after-FUP speed for this plan is 40 Kbps, meaning that after customers have used their 1GB daily data, they will be able to use the internet at 40 Kbps speed. In addition to this, the plan also offers 100 SMS per day to the consumers. What’s worth noting is that currently this plan has been introduced in Tamil Nadu and Chennai circles only.

Launch of STV 56 and Revision of STV 198 by BSNL

Like we mentioned above, BSNL has been lately debuting a lot of special tariff vouchers (STVs) as well, as such the BSNL STV portfolio has become very robust with plans which are available across many price ranges. Recently, the telco also announced the launch of the Rs 56 STV. Like the plan mentioned above of Rs 389, this STV is also only available in Chennai and Tamil Nadu circle. The STV 56 offers 1.5GB daily data to the consumers for 14 days.

Another significant move from Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited has been the revision of the Rs 198 STV. Among BSNL data users, the Rs 198 STV was a popular one as it previously used to ship 1.5GB data per day for 28 days. However, to the surprise of users, BSNL made a massive revamp to this STV earlier this month and upped the validity by 28 days more, thus doubling the total validity of this STV to 56 days. Not only this, but the telco also increased the daily data offering to 2GB data per day. Lately, BSNL has been making consumer-centric moves to turn the company back towards the path of profitability and keeping that in mind BSNL has also extended the 2.21GB additional data offer on a lot of prepaid vouchers and STVs.
