Under the new Experience Unlimited BB249 plan, customers can download 10GB per day, and the speeds will be the same as the BB249 plan of 2 Mbps. Another best part of this scheme is that the users can make unlimited calls to any network without any additional charges.
However, do make a note that the calling is limited to certain timings between 9 PM to 7 AM, same as the BB249 plan. In addition, there's no time limit on Sundays to make voice calls.
BSNL in a press statement issued said as "Under this plan, customers can download '10GB per day' data by paying monthly charges of Rs 249/- only."
Commenting on its latest plan, BSNL board director (CFA) N K Gupta, quoted,"BSNL is the only operator who is offering cheapest '10GB per day' data download plan under wireline broadband services in the country. The above plan has elicited enormous response towards BSNL’s wireline broadband services, and many new customers are subscribing to BSNL wireline broadband services under ‘Experience Unlimited BB 249’ plan."
However, BSNL did not reveal any information related to the speeds post the FUP of 10GB per day. Mostly, BSNL is offering 300GB of data at just Rs. 249 per month, which its way better than any other broadband ISP offers.
To recall, BSNL, back in September 2016 announced the BB249 plan providing 2 Mbps speeds up to 1GB data and 1 Mbps speeds post the FUP. According to BSNL, this plan has received a massive response, and more customers are trying to subscribe to the plan, which is the sole reason why BSNL launched this new Experience Unlimited BB249 plan.
Note: As per BSNL sources this is the same BB 249 plan which was launched 6 months back but its been marketed differently. Users will be getting the same 1GB data benefit per month at 2Mbps speed once you cross the 1GB FUP you will be getting 1Mbps, so we request you to speak with BSNL CC before opting this plan.
