BSNL Launches WiMAX 850 in Kerala, Additional Usage Rs 100/GB

India's largest telecommunications service provider Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited has introduced a new WiMAX plan in Kerala circle.

The new plan is a postpaid plan with a monthly rental of Rs 850 (tax to be added extra), with 9GB bundled usage per month at a speed upto 2Mbps.

Additional usage is just Rs 100 per GB. On the rental Govt. employees can avail 20% discount and if you choose annual payment there will be 16.7% discount in total bill. Note that there is inital charge of Rs 1850 as refundable deposit, and monthly rental of WiMAX modem is just Rs 50.
