BSNL's Rs 2099 plan comes with 2GB of daily data, unlimited voice calling, and 100 SMS/day for 395 days. The benefits are only for 395 days, while the service validity is for 425 days. The extra validity will keep your SIM active, even though you won't have any data or voice calling or SMS benefits. You can always recharge with the data vouchers or sms or voice calling packs in the period where your plan benefits have expired. The average daily cost of using this plan is Rs 4.94, which is extremely less even for the Indian market. Post the consumption of 2GB of daily data, the speed for the users reduces to 40 Kbps. Note that this plan is only for GP-2 and beyond customers of BSNL.

BSNL Rs 2399 Prepaid Plan
BSNL's Rs 2399 plan comes with 425 days of service validity as well. However, with this plan too, users get 395 days of benefits only. The data benefits are 2GB of daily data, post which the speed reduces to 40 Kbps. The other benefits of this plan are unlimited voice calling and 100 SMS/day. The Rs 2399 plan will also keep the SIM active for 425 days, and in the period where the regular benefits are over, you can always recharge with data and other packs.
