BSNL offers the only prepaid plan in the industry which offers unlimited data with no caps

  • The plan also comes with calling and other benefits
  • The subscribers also enjoy PRBT benefit
  • BSNL will also increase its tariffs in coming days

There is no doubt that the telecom industry is one of the most competitive ones in the contemporary scenario. Out of all the telecom operators fighting for more subscriber and revenue share, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) seems to be the most different one. The reason being that the telco is the only one in the country currently devoid of a 4G spectrum. However, surprisingly enough, it also happens to be one of the only two telecom operators in the industry who have added subscribers instead of losing them. This is because BSNL has been shipping plans to the subscribers which appeal a lot and come with some very appreciable benefits. To get ahead in the race, instead of competing on the 4G front, BSNL has been providing more data to its subscribers in its plans along with some uncommon benefits as well. The prepaid plans of BSNL have especially been attractive, and they offer more than usual benefit as compared to other similarly priced offerings from the private telecom operators, and that is also the case with Rs 1098 prepaid plan from BSNL. Here is all that you need to know about this prepaid plan.

BSNL Rs 1,098 Prepaid Plan Benefits

The BSNL prepaid portfolio has been known to be a pretty extensive one, and as such, the state-led telecom operator offers a lot of prepaid plans for its subscribers which offer various data, voice and other benefits. However, in the prepaid industry, although there are prepaid plans which ship massive amount of data, BSNL is the only telecom operators to offer unlimited data one of its prepaid plans, and it is the Rs 1098 prepaid plan. Under this plan, BSNL has detailed that it offers unlimited data with no speed cap, and there is also the benefit of unlimited calling as well in this plan. The subscribers of the Rs 1098 prepaid plan also enjoy 100 SMS per day, and they enjoy free BSNL PRBT as well. The validity of this prepaid plan is 84 days for the subscribers. While the Rs 1,098 prepaid plan comes with unlimited data, in some circles there is a cap of 375GB on the plan.

Other Attractive BSNL Prepaid Plans

Besides the Rs 1,098 prepaid plan by BSNL, the telecom operator ships some more prepaid options to the subscribers which they might like. For example, there is also the Rs 998 prepaid plan which comes with a validity of 210 days, and it offers only data to the subscribers. The data benefit in this prepaid plan by BSNL is 2GB data per day. In the total validity, the subscribers enjoy 420GB of data benefit. In Kerala circle, BSNL has also launched another very attractive plan which is the Rs 997 prepaid plan, and this plan offers 3GB daily data to the subscribers, 250 minutes of voice calling every day and 100 SMS per day as well.

BSNL Also Set to Increase Tariffs

Now, it is also worth noting that following the announcement of other telecom operators of increasing the tariff, BSNL has also announced that it will increase tariff in the coming days. To recall, Vodafone Idea was the first telecom operator in the industry which announced the hike in tariff starting December 1. Bharti Airtel and Reliance Jio have also joined in this move by announcing that they would also be increasing tariffs. The state-led telecom operator BSNL has also announced a similar move.

BSNL doesn’t need to enforce capping on data limit, you know why? Because they can’t deliver 4G speed.
Without speed, who is going to cross any limits, as per industry standards?

@Brian I can with this speed

BSNL Rs 1,098 Prepaid 84-day plan is now old but may become costlier from 1 Dec.
