India's largest telecom company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited has introduced four new special tariff vouchers - which are to offer local calls at cheap as 20 paisa per minute.
The new plans are available in Kolkata circle w.e.f. 18.12.2012 and will be valid for next 90 days.
