BSNL has officially announced that international callings will be pre-deactivated on all new prepaid connections as per TRAI directives. Existing prepaid customers will be informed via SMS regarding this.
But best part is those who like to continue enjoying ISD services, can easily activate ISD services by sending SMS. Just send 'ACT ISD' to 53733. To deactivate send 'DEACT ISD' to 53733
