MTNL provides better plans in Delhi. For ?1195 you get 8 Mbps with FUP of 20 GB and a similar ?1995 plan you get 8 Mbps with a much higher FUP. Plus with both plans you get a certain amount of free calls to any mobile or fixed line number anywhere in India. With the 1195 plan you get 150 calls free.
