BlackBerry Smartphone maker Research In Motion (RIM) today launched the special festive season exciting offer of FREE BlackBerry Curve 8520 smartphone and Playbook Accessories for all its perspective buyers of highly anticipated BlackBerry PlayBook tablet in Indian market.

Customers, who purchase the BlackBerry PlayBook Tab, will receive entry-level BlackBerry 8520 Curve smartphone worth Rs.9000 and BlackBerry PlayBook Accessory worth Rs.1600 straight from the retailer on purchase of the Tablet.

Would it make sense for some one to choose this combo instead of going in for just a BlackBerry phone priced around Rs 30,000 plus / minus?

Then one gets a good phone BlackBerry 8520 for calls and SMS, and for e mail and browsing on a large screen, document editors [word and spread sheets], high quality photos and video recording and other multimedia needs

Is it worth looking at this combo? Any views please
