Bharti Airtel Launches Airtel IQ Reach, A Self-Serve Marketing Platform

Bharti Airtel has announced the launch of Airtel IQ Reach, a self-serve marketing communications platform that enables brands and companies to drive targeted customer engagements through personalised communications. Airtel IQ Reach is part of Airtel IQ, the world's first network-embedded Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS).

The platform provides an intuitive and cost-effective solution for small and medium businesses (SMBs) to optimise their marketing investments by engaging with their target audience more efficiently with prepaid pay-as-you-go plans.

With Airtel IQ Reach self-serve portal, businesses, especially emerging ones, gain full control over their campaign execution with a single login. According to Airtel, signing into the single portal allows businesses to design customised messages, select and upload target audiences, schedule messages, and easily track campaign effectiveness, all within a few clicks.

Airtel Business emphasised the customer-centric approach behind Airtel IQ Reach, stating, "Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. We have designed Airtel IQ Reach especially for the SMB segment to enable them to elevate their customer communication. Airtel IQ Reach

According to Airtel, this new service, Airtel IQ Reach, will provide businesses with real-time insights and in-depth analytics on a centralised dashboard. The goal is to help businesses measure the effectiveness of their marketing campaigns.

Airtel IQ Reach is designed to assist small and medium-sized businesses in overcoming key challenges associated with planning marketing campaigns, such as identifying the appropriate audience, monitoring campaign performance, and managing multiple channels to reach their target audience.

Airtel announced that the Airtel IQ Reach portal has already been launched for communications via WhatsApp, and in the near future, it will be extended to support SMS, voice, and other channels.
