Airtel is without doubt, the leader of Punjab Circle, the home of Sunil Bharti Mittal. It has widest coverage and now even LTE signal in all the villages and towns. Worth mentioning, that Jio still doesn’t have its 4G in almost 90% of the villages in bordered districts of Ferozepur, Fazilka and Tarn Taaran.
Only thing airtel should focus on now, is their indoor LTE Coverage. And they will soon again be the No. 1 in India, even after the Voda-Idea merger.

They don’t have enough sub Ghz spectrum in my opinion.

IIN Nikhilmumpune, ur opinion is like cheap Chinese brands which shoot from dslr n claim it for scrap huawei honor aka fraud.
Indoor coverage is factored by structure sizes built around towers. Airtel have superior spectrum then vodafone. Does vodafone even have 900 MHz for voice like airtel LoL no as they are poor operator.
Does Vodafone have spectrum more then 5Mhz for data 4G no because they are poor operator.
Vodafone is so poor that they provide 2G 3G 4G in same frequency band in 5 MHz.
Vodafone is so poor that it sold itself to idea.

@AU In TN circle Vodafone has 6.2 MHz in band 8 and 15 MHz in band 1, which is far better than BSNL and Airtel…!!

I 100% agree to that Airtel has the widest coverage in Punjab but Jio is not far behind.
By the end of 31/3/19, Jio will cover almost every point of Punjab.
