Global management consulting firm Bain & Company announced on Thursday an expanded partnership with OpenAI to accelerate AI-driven transformations for global companies. This collaboration, which began in 2022, has already led to significant results and productivity improvements within Bain and for its clients, including The Coca-Cola Company and Amgen.

Expansion of Bain & OpenAI Partnership
Bain said it has also deployed OpenAI platforms, including ChatGPT Enterprise, making them available to employees worldwide. These tools are being used to deliver numerous pioneering, bespoke applications of the technology, enhancing employees' efficiency and productivity.
Bain and OpenAI will now further extend and deepen the scope of this work through this expanded partnership. This will harness the combination of OpenAI's innovations and Bain's deep AI/technology implementation capabilities and strategic expertise to further enhance their ability to leverage the most powerful AI solutions to meet clients' needs and lead them in their AI journey, Bain said in a joint statement.
OpenAI Center of Excellence
Bain will invest in and establish an OpenAI Center of Excellence (CoE) to provide services and technologies that help clients realise business value and impact from OpenAI's technologies. Under the partnership, Bain and OpenAI will co-design and deliver the first solutions for the retail and healthcare life sciences industries, expanding to additional industries over time.
