Asus this year launched the Asus Zenfone 5Z smartphone which is the current flagship device form the company. With the months passing by and the Mobile World Congress drawing near, the Taiwanese smartphone giant might be up on the next Zenfone which is slated to be the Zenfone 6. While there have been no assured hints about the Zenfone 6 from the company’s side, we have discovered a few prototypes of the Asus Zenfone 6 online which might represent the design of the upcoming flagship by Asus. So without making you wait longer, let’s dive right in and see the various prototypes of the Asus Zenfone 6.

Asus Zenfone 6 Design Prototypes
The first renders and prototype come from Rodrigo Portella, and this design comes with a unique design which trumps the notch and screen to body ratio of the Zenfone 5Z. The prototype is seen sporting a glass on the front and possibly a glass back. The phone does come with a headphone jack, and there is a possibility of a USB Type C port on the bottom edge. The SIM tray finds its spot on the top side, with the edges of the phone being covered in metal. The most highlighting feature of the phone is the tiny cutout on the front side which is located on the upper left side. This cutout houses the front camera and paves the way for a better screen to body ratio.
The second prototype comes from a Portuguese podcast channel, and it hints towards a similar design but with a different cutout on the front located on the upper right side of the screen. This tiny notch mixes with the black bezels and seems like a protrusion from the borders. The prototype also bears waterproof marking on the back side with a very reflective finish in black colour. There is a dual camera setup on the rear side which looks standard, and there is no sign of headphone jack or other ports.
