Apple watchOS 2.0 rollout stalled due to bugs, company is trying to fix the issue

Apple fans have been talking about the roll out of this massive update — iOS 9. The latest iOS update supports a variety of Apple devices including various models of iPhones, iPod Touches, and iPads, and the update has already been rolled out worldwide, including India. The company was also supposed to roll out watchOS 2.0 for its first and the only smartwatch – the Apple Watch –, but it didn’t.

Apple has admitted that the watchOS 2.0 update is riddled with some serious bugs, and that the company is trying hard to fix them. The watchOS 2.0 update will be rolled out as soon as Apple gets all the important bugs fixed. Coming back to the new features that will come with the new update; there will be more watch faces, more customisability, an easy way to look at past and future events, native apps, improved security and much more.

• Activation Lock – Protect the watch using a passcode using this feature. It prevents others from using your Apple Watch if it gets lost or stolen.

Native Apps – These apps run natively on the Apple Watch, so they load quickly and perform faster. These apps can even use things like the Taptic Engine, the Digital Crown, the accelerometer, the heart-rate sensor, the loudspeaker, and the microphone of the watch.
Nightstand Mode – Watch will show the watch face in easy-on-the-eyes colours while it is being charged.
