Following its convention, Amazon is all set to launch its Prime Day Sale for this year. The e-commerce giant has already started advertising the grand online event which will kick off on July 16. As the name suggests, this sale will be open only for Prime members of Amazon, and it will start at 12 PM on July 16. The event will go on for 36 hours and will end at 12 AM July 18. The Prime Sale will be a big event for the e-commerce giant since previously Amazon has registered record-breaking numbers on Prime Sales in previous years. During this time, Amazon will provide product deals, exclusive launches, and video releases in addition to six flash sales which will start at 1 PM on July 16. Additionally, Amazon will be providing up to 10% cashback on HDFC Bank card/ EMI and Amazon Pay transactions for the customers.
The Prime Sale will witness the launch of many new product line-ups in the country. Brands like OnePlus, Sennheiser, WD, Godrej, Cloudwalker, Seagate, Samsung will introduce their products across categories like Home & Kitchen, Daily Needs, Fashion & Lifestyle, and more. For Amazon app users, the company will hold an exclusive contest where Prime subscribers will have the chance of winning a OnePlus 6 smartphone. Over 200 new products launches will also take place during the Prime Sale.
Amazon Prime Video is Amazon’s popular content distribution platform. As such, the e-commerce giant hasn’t left out Prime Video out of the sale. As the days approach towards Prime Sale, every day seven new titles will be uploaded to the platform starting July 10. Some of the titles among the many will be Dunkirk, 102 Not Out, Comicstaan, Transformers: The Last Knight, and more. Amazon Prime Music users will also have a chance of winning an Echo Dot just by streaming three songs on the platform.
Amazon’s electronic products like Fire TV Stick and the Echo range will also get exclusive offers during the sale, about which Amazon hasn't informed the users. However, other deals are already live, and there are more on the way as the Prime Sale gets nearer. Customers have received offers like Rs 100 cashback on Prime Now app and up to 40% discount of grocery items along with extra discounts coupon. These offers are exclusive for the Prime Sale season and come in addition to the Prime benefits which include free one-day delivery, discounted same-day delivery, access to Prime Video, access to Prime Music, exclusive deals, and two-hour delivery on Prime Now.
