Our Experience and Opinion:
We are not sure if this is an individual issue specific to our number or circle, but in our years of using the service, we have never been able to reach a human on the customer care number for prepaid. Eventually, we stopped looking for support altogether—just use it as long as something works.
Likewise, over the years, there have been numerous app updates, as shown above, yet we are unsure why nothing seems to have changed for us. We have not seen or experienced any significant functionality improvements, enhancements, or upgrades. In our opinion, it feels largely the same, with hardly any notable enhancements except for some cosmetic changes involving logos and icons. Even the data usage, pack validity, and usage status features still do not feel up to the mark.
