Bharti Airtel Smart Recharge Plans Offer Up to 84 Days Service Validity and 2GB of Data

If you simply want to keep your Airtel prepaid SIM live to receive incoming calls, use data in case of emergency and make a few outgoing calls, then Smart Recharges are the way to go

  • Airtel's Smart Recharge plans allow users to extend service validity
  • These Smart Recharge plans from Bharti Airtel start as low as Rs 23
  • Airtel has some of the best prepaid plans in the industry right now

Bharti Airtel is currently offering a wide range of recharges to its prepaid customers and one of the series is Smart Recharges. Airtel’ Smart Recharge plans are available for all the customers across the country and they start at just Rs 23. The main aim of these Smart Recharge plans is to provide service validity extension to the customers. After the introduction of the minimum recharge scheme by Bharti Airtel, customers are forced to make a minimum recharge of Rs 35 every month to keep their prepaid account active. If a customer fails to perform a monthly recharge, then the Airtel account validity will expire just after seven days, post which they will not be able to receive incoming voice calls. That said, outgoing voice calls will be barred on the same day of plan expiry.

Bharti Airtel Rs 65, Rs 35 and Rs 23 Smart Recharges Detailed

The Rs 65 smart recharge from Bharti Airtel offers Rs 55 talk time with 200MB data for the entire validity period. This plan is valid for 28 days, and it offers 60p per minute calling rate.

The Rs 35 smart recharge comes with Rs 26.6 talk time, and it offers validity of 28 days. In this period, the subscribers will also enjoy 100MB data valid for the total period of 28 days.

Lastly, the Rs 23 smart recharge from Airtel does not offer any talk time or data, but it merely extends the validity of your SIM by 28 days. So, in case you are out of talk time and your incoming and outgoing services are about to stop, then this is the cheapest option to go for.

Bharti Airtel Rs 145 Smart Recharge Detailed

The second plan in this portfolio is the Rs 145 smart recharge which offers similar full talk time of Rs 145 with 1GB data for the entire validity period. The validity of this plan is 42 days, and the calling rates remain the same at 30p per minute.

Bharti Airtel Rs 245 Smart Recharge Detailed

The Bharti Airtel Smart Recharge for Rs 245 is the highest offering in the smart recharge section. This plan comes with 84 days validity, and it offers 2GB data for the entire validity period. The subscribers get Rs 245 full talk time, and local, STD calling at 30p per minute.

Why You Should Consider Smart Recharges

Ever since Bharti Airtel introduced minimum recharge plans to keep the incoming and outgoing services of Bharti Airtel prepaid customers live, many consumers are spending on unlimited plans to keep their numbers up and running. However, in a lot of cases, the subscribers are paying unnecessarily for data, validity, and other calling benefits where they could save almost half the amount by paying for smart recharges. Therefore, if you simply want to keep your Airtel prepaid SIM live to receive incoming calls, use data in case of emergency and make a few outgoing calls, then Smart Recharges are the way to go.

Should You Still Stay With Reliance Jio or Port Out to Bharti Airtel?

With the recent developments in the prepaid sector, incumbent telcos have gained the upper hand yet again as Reliance Jio is now charging its customers for outgoing voice calls. Earlier this month, Jio introduced IUC Top-Up vouchers to its prepaid customers, as part of which it will charge six paise per minute from every customer, in return, it will deliver 1GB of data for every Rs 10 it charges.

Right after this announcement from Reliance Jio, Bharti Airtel and Vodafone Idea took to social media platforms to announce they will not charge anything from the customers for outgoing voice calls. Having said that, Jio did introduce All-in-One prepaid plans for both standard and JioPhone prepaid users, but they are not enough as Bharti Airtel has some best prepaid plans in the industry right now to lure the Jio subscribers.

If it continues to stay like this, Realme and Asus(if they launch competitive products) will go ahead of them in 2020 itself. Xiaomi needs to work on ads issue. Some leaks say even color OS will have ads from next update.

Realme XT has got update two days back. A11 something. No ads. Color OS 7 will be stock android. Realme 5 Pro has got update too where camera performance is improved. No ads. Realme C2 has got update in this week along with Realme 1 and Realme U1. No ads. Trust me on this blindly. Color OS for Realme will improve through updates.

MIUI 11 on Redmi Note 7 Pro has lots of ads(even though CEO assured there will be less ads two months back).

Realme 2 Pro and Realme 3 Pro has stable OxygenOS ports with great battery life. No need of Color OS 7 even if it doesn’t come with stock Android.

Lineage OS unofficial build is also available I guess.

Airtel kerala is no1 worst network in the world

bsnl jio idea airtel

I think Airtel has better 4g speed, in terms of coverage both Airtel and Vodafone idea using 1800 MHz so 4g coverage(area covered from one tower)is equal in all the circle airtel irrespective airtel having 900 MHz or not

Let’s talk about this after completion of Vodafone-Idea integration.

Sure, but question is vodafoneidea have money

Modi will have to do something. Otherwise wrong signals will go in all sectors of industry. In BSNL they haven’t invested anything. We will wait and see what happens after a year.
