Bharti Airtel has rolled out a new entry-level prepaid plan of Rs 75, targeting very basic users. This is the plan introduced by the telco in less than two weeks with 28 days validity under Rs 100. The Rs 75 plan competes with Idea's Rs 75 plan, and it even offers similar benefits for a month. Airtel's giving a user 300 minutes of voice calling along with data and SMS benefits. In recent times, Airtel is targeting the basic users a lot by rolling out such offers and not allowing them to port out from the network. This new plan comes right after the launch of the company's Rs 47 plan, with which it's giving benefits for 28 days. With this new plan, Airtel is heating up the entry-level prepaid war yet again.

The Best Open Market Entry-Level Plan from Airtel Till Date

Airtel has introduced the new Rs 75 prepaid plan as on open market plan. Coming to the benefits, users will get 300 minutes or 18,000 seconds of local, STD and outgoing roaming minutes. The plan also offers 1GB of 2G/3G/4G data to the users along with 100 SMS for a period of 28 days.

Airtel's Plan Takes on Idea's Rs 75 Prepaid Plan

Firstly, the other operator to launch the Rs 75 plan until now is Idea Cellular. Yes, you heard it right. Idea Cellular has launched a similar Rs 75 open market prepaid plan in its 4G circles offering benefits such as 300 minutes of voice calling, 100 SMS and 1GB of 2G/3G/4G data.

Rs 75 Plan Doesn't Match With Airtel's Rs 99 Prepaid Plan

For the unaware, Airtel also has a Rs 99 prepaid plan offering benefits of 2GB of 2G/3G/4G data, unlimited voice calling without any FUP limit and 100 SMS per day for 28 days. Having said that, the Rs 99 plan is applicable only for select users, while the Rs 75 plan is an open market one introduced across the operator's major circles.

Offers Better Benefits Than Airtel's Rs 47 Plan

Aforesaid, Airtel recently launched a prepaid plan of Rs 47, offering 125 minutes of voice calls, 50 SMS and 500MB of data. The benefits were valid for 28 days. While the validity of the Rs 47 plan is the same as the Rs 75 plan, the benefits are much better on the latter.
